Info: Ludovico's (known to everyone as Ludo) entire identity is the hardworking little brother. He's always trying to win favor with his older brother Angelo, always trying to get through to him, to show him that he's a good guy deep down inside. Because of their childhood being a rough one, with Angelo taking the full force of their father (and everyone else) constantly, Ludo feels immense guilt at being the "golden child" and declared himself personally responsible for his unhappiness. As a result he takes a lot from Angelo; when he's pushed around, hit, made fun of, mercilessly pranked, from child to young adult he takes it all because no one gave Angelo any slack, any attention, any kindness, and so he leaves that up to himself. He sees the reasons for why Angelo is the way that he is and he turns them into excuses.
Ludo's father is a crime boss and he's too much of a softy to approve, but he does as told when he's told, all the while wanting to go clean. Ludo's godfather suggests turning legitimate and Ludo is all for it. In fact, his father wants Ludo to take charge and not his older brother Angelo, because Angelo has a horrible temper and acts rashly whereas Ludo is calm, collected, and acts with levelheadedness.
Ludo fell in love with Olivia Watson, who he met in their anthropology class in college, though they were friends for years before actually getting together, which lasted all of six months before he decided he was going to propose to her. He goes over to Angelo's one night for advice and Angelo, thinking this had something to do with their father's plans for Ludo to take over, strangled him to death. Afterwards Angelo used his powers of reality distortion to wipe everyone's memories of Ludo, as if he never existed to begin with.
Personality: charming, kind, shows an emotional intelligence when it comes to dealing with people, sometimes uses said intelligence to manipulate the situation, not out of malice, but out of this need to "fix" and the insistence that he knows better when it comes to people like, for example, his older brother. He's often the mediator and knows how to calm people down, and while he doesn't poke at people's issues to the point of getting under their skin he definitely could. He rarely gets angry and prefers to solve confrontations with reason and talking them out.
